Privacy Policy — AFT Pro

This policy explains what data AFT Pro collects, how it is used, and what controls users have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and authentication data (if you sign in): cloud user ID, email for email/password sign-in, and basic sign-in metadata from Apple or Google.
  • Fitness test data you enter: AFT inputs, calculated scores, saved score sets, timestamps, and profile defaults.
  • Support submissions: support, bug, or feature messages with metadata such as user ID, app version, build number, platform, and timestamp.
  • Operational diagnostics: when profile sync fails, we may log error details (error code, short message, operation, user ID, platform, and timestamp) to improve reliability.
  • Analytics: Firebase Analytics may collect screen views, a general authentication-state category, and a signed-in cloud UID to help us understand app usage across sessions.
  • Advertising: when ads are enabled, Google AdMob and approved advertising partners may receive device and app information, IP address, advertising identifiers when available and permitted, consent choices, and ad impression or interaction data.
  • Guest mode: data may be stored only on-device until you sign in.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide core app functionality (scoring, standards, saved sets, and exports).
  • Maintain sign-in and account access when you choose to authenticate.
  • Sync your profile and saved data across devices while signed in.
  • Review support requests and troubleshoot reliability issues.
  • Measure app usage and deliver, measure, and protect advertising when ads are enabled.

3. What We Do Not Use

  • We do not use Google Crashlytics.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

  • Some data is stored on-device (including guest-mode data).
  • Signed-in data is stored in cloud services used by the app.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We use service providers for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, consent management, and advertising. User-initiated exports are shared only when you choose recipients through device sharing tools.
  • Depending on your location and privacy choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.

5. Your Controls

  • You can use guest mode without a full account.
  • You can sign out at any time.
  • Where required, the app presents advertising consent choices before requesting ads. A visible Ad privacy choices control is available in Settings when required for your region.
  • On iOS, tracking permission can also be controlled in the device Settings app.
  • You can delete your account, saved score sets, and associated cloud-synced profile data inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.

6. Security and Retention

  • We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
  • Data in transit between app and backend services is generally encrypted.
  • We retain data as needed to provide app functionality, subject to deletion requests and operational or legal requirements.

7. Contact

For privacy requests or questions, email privacy@nunntechnologies.com. You can also use the in-app support options. This policy may be updated periodically, and the date above will be revised when changes are made.
