Privacy Policy — AFT Pro
This policy explains what data AFT Pro collects, how it is used, and what controls users have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and authentication data (if you sign in): cloud user ID, email for email/password sign-in, and basic sign-in metadata from Apple or Google.
- Fitness test data you enter: AFT inputs, calculated scores, saved score sets, timestamps, and profile defaults.
- Support submissions: support, bug, or feature messages with metadata such as user ID, app version, build number, platform, and timestamp.
- Operational diagnostics: when profile sync fails, we may log error details (error code, short message, operation, user ID, platform, and timestamp) to improve reliability.
- Guest mode: data may be stored only on-device until you sign in.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide core app functionality (scoring, standards, saved sets, and exports).
- Maintain sign-in and account access when you choose to authenticate.
- Sync your profile and saved data across devices while signed in.
- Review support requests and troubleshoot reliability issues.
3. What We Do Not Use
- We do not use Google Analytics.
- We do not use Google Crashlytics.
4. Data Storage and Sharing
- Some data is stored on-device (including guest-mode data).
- Signed-in data is stored in cloud services used by the app.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We use service providers for authentication and cloud storage. User-initiated exports are shared only when you choose recipients through device sharing tools.
5. Your Controls
- You can use guest mode without a full account.
- You can sign out at any time.
- You can delete your account, saved score sets, and associated cloud-synced profile data inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
6. Security and Retention
- We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
- Data in transit between app and backend services is generally encrypted.
- We retain data as needed to provide app functionality, subject to deletion requests and operational or legal requirements.
